Think less and do more with a crash course in triple hoop flow. Open the doors to multi hoop manipulation by breaking down the fundamentals of using three hoops in different planes. Together we will explore the many hybrid options possible and how to smoothly transition between movements. This class focuses on observing the techniques at the microscale and the macroscale to accommodate multiple learning styles.
